RETURN POLICY RETURNS/EXCHANGES If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase on dnacosmetics.com, you may return unused products to us for an exchange, you have up to 20 days after the purchase date; Exchanges will be honored when proof of purchase and the product in its original form and packaging are received. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns/exchanges, unless there is a DNA Cosmetics’ mistake. Returns/exchanges on used or opened products will ONLY be accepted, if the product does not satisfy the customers’ skin (this will be handled on an individual basis).
